Keepfully is a simple, powerful app designed to help you keep track of everything you lend or borrow – whether it’s money, books, tools, or just about anything else. Instead of relying on memory or scattered notes, Keepfully gives you a clear overview of your personal loans, helping you stay organized and avoid awkward reminders.
v2.1 – What’s New?

Keepfully now fully supports the new Liquid Glass design in iOS/iPadOS 26 and watchOS 26, including a redesigned app icon that matches the updated look.
Archive and search have been completely overhauled. The new Search tab lets you browse all your loans at once, with filters to quickly find money or object loans — even those already returned.
A new archive button in the Money and Objects tabs gives you faster access to archived loans right where you need them.

v2.0 – What’s New?

This major update introduces a modernized design and a new technical foundation, enabling support for Apple Vision Pro for the first time. Rebuilt from the ground up using SwiftUI and SwiftData, the app now delivers improved performance and a cleaner UI across all mobile platforms.
New features include the ability to track various types of objects (such as books, tools, or virtually anything), organize loans by person, and change loan currencies.
Keepfully is now deeply integrated with Apple system features, offering iCloud Sync, Home and Lock Screen Widgets, a Control Center button, robust Shortcuts support, and significantly enhanced accessibility. The expanded Shortcuts integration allows you to add loans using Siri and lays the groundwork for future integration with Apple Intelligence.

Keepfully 2.0 requires iOS 18 and watchOS 11 or later.
About the App
Track Money and Objects
Keep track of money and objects you’ve lent to or borrowed from friends, family, or colleagues. Keepfully supports multiple currencies and lets you optionally add a location to each loan – perfect for remembering the context later.
Persons Overview
See exactly who owes what with the Persons tab, which lists all your saved people along with their loans. Mark favorites for quicker access and display them directly in the iPad’s sidebar.
Automatic Reminders
Never forget an open loan again. Enable automatic reminders to receive a notification after a customizable amount of time from the loan’s creation date.
Archive
The archive stores all returned loans, offering peace of mind and easy reference. Can’t remember if you paid your friend back that $50 from the other night? Just check the archive.
System Integration
Keepfully is deeply integrated with Apple’s ecosystem. Enjoy seamless iCloud Sync, Widgets, Siri support, and full Shortcuts integration to streamline your experience across devices.
Pricing
The app is available as a free download, with a limit on the number of active money loans users can create. This allows users to try the app at no cost.
To unlock unlimited tracking, object tracking, and additional features, users can upgrade to Keepfully Pro with a one-time purchase.
